Artwork or photographs must not contain copyrighted images or text unless customer owns or has licensed such material.
The Lodge Winery retains final approval of finished artwork on labels.

Since you would like to complete the design yourself, you will find details on dimensions and file specifications below. Note: Our lead time stands at 90 days. Give yourself plenty of time for this. Design Details.
File Format
jpg/jpeg format.
RGB Color Mode. We will convert to CMYK if needed.
300 dpi for images and/or final file.
Dimensions
Your label will need to be vertical or horizontal depending on which wine you purchase. Do Not place important images or text within 1/4 inch of the label edges. Do Not place crop marks or printer registration marks.
Canvas size for tall vertical wine labels is 3.25" x 4.75"
We will trim to approx. 3" x 4.5" final size.
Use this size for the following: Cabernet Sauvignon, Rosé of Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio, Red Blend
Canvas size for short vertiacal wine labels is 3.25" x 3.75"
We will trim to approx. 3" x 3.5" final size.
Use this size for the following: Chardonnay, Pinoit Noir
Canvas size for horizontal wine labels is 4.25" x 3.75"
We will trim to approx. 4" x 3.5" final size.
Use this size for the following: Sparkling Wine (Champagne)
Color & Printing
All printing is digital laser. Color matching is as accurate as possible but will most likely vary slightly from what is displayed on a computer monitor. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any concerns.
Submission
Customer-designed wine labels are accepted by The Lodge Winery on a "as is" basis and will not be edited or altered in any way without express written instructions from the Customer unless minor changes in size is required.
Content, design and accuracy of text, spelling, font selection, graphic and photo element image quality, etc., are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Approval
Customer must approve artwork of the front and back labels prior to printing even when the artwork is provided by customer.
Customer agrees to allow The Lodge Winery the exclusive right to use their label on The Lodge Winery website and for any other promotional purposes as needed.
